As the end of the Cotonou Agreement and the disappearance of the office of National Authorising Officer within the new EU-OACPS cooperation framework are approaching, the EDF units of the Central African network are capitalising the experiences they have acquired over the last 20 years and focusing their reflections on the terms and conditions of implementing the future cooperation instrument.
It is against this backdrop that the first meeting was held via videoconferencing on 30 June 2021 to discuss about the future role of the units under the new partnership agreement.
